UK Advertising Standards Authority try and stop HOTS Bath from sharing the Gospel!

As a registered Christian Trust, "Hots Bath" has been working on the streets of our city for over 3 years now, and has seen scores of people physically healed and come into a personal relationship with Jesus. However, it has taken just one letter of complaint for the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) to make the ruling that we should no longer claim that "God can heal the sick" and are trying to silence us by ruling that our website is breaking their marketing and advertising code. It would also appear that other teams around the country have been targeted in similar ways.

Going, Goaing, Gone!

Tracey Pemberton a teacher from Portchester School has recently returned from India where she accompanied a team of students from the school who won the Faith & Football 2011 Social Enterprise & Business Challenge. Tracey takes up the story on this amazing prize. When the Faith and Football organisation awarded us first prize in the Enterprise Challenge back in July of this year (2011), we were thrilled at the prospect of visiting Goa in India. We were told it would be ‘a life changing experience’, but I don’t think any of us realised just how true this statement was. So here we are ten days after our return flight from Goa trying to put into words an account of our trip. How do you describe a life changing experience? Well it isn’t easy let me tell you, but we’ll do our best.

The all girl team are winners of the Faith & Football 2011 Social Enterprise and Business Challenge.
